What We Offer From Our App
We offer a range of services provided by our app. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom experience.
-
Track your mood each day to better understand your emotional wellbeing. We know that when you’re struggling with your mental health, maintaining a routine can feel overwhelming. Serene provides a safe, supportive space to monitors your moods, recognise patterns, and celebrate progress, one day at a time.
-
Daily notifications, small reminders to slow down and breathe.
-
Take a moment to pause, breathe and reconnect. Slow your mind and steady your breath, whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply need to calm your mind, Serene offers guided breathing techniques and grounding exercises to help encourage calm moments.
-
Built on evidence-based psychological principles, Serene provides practical tools, trusted resources, and expert-backed guidance to help you better understand your mental wellbeing and support lasting personal growth.
-
When you’re shouting for help, being told to journal can feel frustrating. However, some days it’s easier to write than it is to speak. Serene provides a safe space to journal your thoughts and emotions, helping you understand yourself, track your progress, and share your experiences with trusted people if you choose.
-
Having to wait should never be an answer, we provide recommendations to urgent support networks, that can provide a safe space.
-
Guided by user recommendations we aim to provide 24/7 messaging, video calls and appointments with licensed therapists, without charging ridiculous costs, making sure you never feel alone at the hardest times, because mental health doesn’t work 9-5.
-
In future Serene would develop into a community, providing rehabilitation groups to grow together, anyone that has struggled with mental health will know the worst part is the feeling of being alone with your thoughts. Serene would love to see therapeutic groups focused on building friendship, combating loneliness, while encouraging self expression.
The Problem
The NHS waiting times…
This is no secret, overwhelmed, under pressure, appointments are few.
Therapy isn’t accessible…
Often private therapy is a luxury working people are unable to afford.
Nights are often the worst…
The mind works overtime when the rest of the world are unavailable.
“It isn’t bad enough”…
When it is there but feels selfish to use resources, Serene can help.
Who is Serene for? Serene is not inclusive to one demographic, however it would benefit
